名坂有子

出生于大阪的名坂有子,是于60年代初加入具体派的第二代艺术家。1964年,当名坂首次于具体派画廊发表个展时,她用大量的圆形绘画覆盖了墙壁,展现出强烈的视觉效果。1964年于具体派画廊发表个人首展,会场被圆的物体所覆盖,让同在现场的罗伯特· 劳森伯格、约翰· 凯吉与摩斯· 康宁汉大为惊艳。

名坂在她的作品中使用圆作为主题,灵感来自于她家族所经营的工厂,该工厂充满了大量的工业器具,最主要的是用于船舶的圆形仪表。从具体派全盛期的60年代到现在,始终持续创作同心圆的浮雕式作品。运用转盘和树脂描绘出同心圆图案,再拼接在一起,完成可完全覆盖整个墙面的巨型创作。以强调同一图案的重复与积累,无限的空间化为可能,使观者能感受到无限延伸的绘画空间。名坂利用钻孔器、压缩机以及树脂和涂漆等工业素材创作出大胆作品。
