Whitestone Gallery is thrilled to present Chen Yingjie's solo exhibition at Westbund 2023, showcasing his works inspired by his journeys to Tibet and Yunnan from 2022 to 2023. The exhibition also features a documentary documenting these trips and his creative process.

Chen Yingjie's art seamlessly merges Eastern ink painting and Western graffiti styles, resulting in a unique visual experience. In his latest series, he takes his creativity outdoors, creating amidst extreme weather conditions and high altitudes, using his body as a conduit for translating these elements into his work. His paintings capture the rhythms of nature, while the vibrations from his body become a form of timeless music echoing through the canvases.
