SCAM ALERT WARNING: Please be aware of scammers posing as a Whitestone employee.

It has come to light as of recently that a fraudster has been posing as a Whitestone employee carrying out illegal commercial activity. Please be vigilant and take precautions to avoid becoming a victim of fraud.

Countermeasures

1. Beware of unusual emails.

The official email domain used by Whitestone employees corresponds to both: [@whitestonegallery.co.jp] or [@whitestone.hk]

Avoid the following types of scams:
Email sent by the scammer registering a different domain: [@whitestone-gallery.org]


2. Pay attention to the email signature.

The URL for Whitestone’s official e-commerce site is: https://www.whitestone-gallery.com/

Avoid the following types of scams:
Signature that uses the following URL for fraud: https://www.whitestone-gallery.org/


3. Keep an eye out on your payment account.

If you do not recognise the name of the payee on the invoice, please do not make a transfer.

Avoid the following types of scams:
The name of the bank transfer address sent by "NEWIDEA LIMITED" "LOO SHUN CHUN" is not affiliated with Whitestone.
