井上有一

井上有一是日本的前卫书法家,他体现了日本战后早期几十年的自律和实验精神。井上有一在书法家上田桑鸠门下学习,并在一段时间内尝试完全摒弃书法的惯例。井上是战后保守的价值体系崩溃后,在国内和国际上崭露头角,日本前卫艺术家世代中的领军人物之一。1952年,井上与与他想法相同的艺术家合作,建立了有影响力的「墨人会」。

井上有一的代表性书法「单一字」,可说是将近代以来因西洋文化传入而从「美术」范畴被切割出来的「书法」,重新认知为「艺术」的造型表现。其众多作品朴实但苍劲有力,充沛的生命力震慑观赏者,藉由无止境而无色彩的黑墨表现手法,以及跳脱形式的独特技法,它们与同时代席卷世界的抽象表现和不定形艺术一样,皆是一种「造型艺术的新表现」。

他的作品被列入几个重要的展览,如1954年在纽约现代艺术博物馆举办的日本书法展。而一年后,他参加了《日本美国抽象绘画展》(东京国立近代美术馆)和《当代日本书法》(阿姆斯特丹市立博物馆;巡回至五大城市)。此外,井上的作品在卡塞尔(德国)的第二届文献展和纽约的卡内基国际展上得到了赞赏。金泽21世纪美术馆于2016年为他举办了一场大型的回顾展《诞辰百年纪念:井上有一》。
